Wellcare Premium Ultra (PFFS) is a PFFS. A Private Fee-For-Service (PFFS) plan is a Medicare Advantage (MA) health plan offered by a contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to provide you with benefits. Part-D Deductible and Premium
